Expenses declared under Income Tax and deductible VAT claims associated with such transactions will be rejected.
TAK has announced increased scrutiny of businesses engaging in fraudulent transactions, with strict legal measures set to be enforced. Businesses are urged to verify the status of their partners before entering into transactions.
