During the event, attendees will receive guidance on tax credits and deductions, including the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)—one of the most effective programs for lifting Americans out of poverty. Volunteers will help determine eligibility for tax credits, ensuring customers receive the maximum refund possible.

Additional Free Tax Assistance Available

For over 15 years, Entergy has provided no-cost tax filing support for low- to moderate-income customers across its service areas, including multiple locations in New Orleans.
